Satlz & Peppa Pork Community Farms ("we" and "us") is the operator of (saltzandpeppapork.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. Please note that the nature of meat products is that each animal is different and the quantity and size of individual cuts within a given share may vary based on the weight of the animal and the butchering process. Therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific weight, quantity, or individual cut size within a share beyond the general estimation and description which is provided for general guidance purposes only. We may require the photographic documentation of any item with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.

Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes and other charges, if any, are additional.
All of our Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any Order, to reject all or part of an Order, to discontinue offering certain Products, and to substitute Products (including, but not limited to, specific cuts or types of pork) without prior notice. We strive to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products and market conditions beyond our control, we may be required to make substitutions from time to time. Payment and Billing Information
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or other purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges) (collectively, as applicable, an "Order"). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your Order may be suspended or canceled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your Order. In the event you want to change or update payment information associated with your Saltz & Peppa account, you can do so at any time by logging into your account and editing your payment information.
You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes to our service, or changes in applicable taxes or other charges, and you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the corresponding amount.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add, or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Generally, shipping is handled by a third-party courier. When you purchase a Product from Saltz & Peppa Pork Community Farm, any shipping times shown on the Sites are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary.

Deliveries
You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the Products you receive. You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that the pork products arrive in a cool, refrigerated condition. We recommend that you use a thermometer to ensure that the temperature zone within the container in which any pork Product is located is 40° F or below. In the unlikely event that such a temperature zone is above 40° F, or you have any other reason to believe that any other Product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, contact us at saltzandpeppapork@gmail and discard the item.
Fully Thawed
If your order arrives completely thawed, we recommend using your discretion on whether the product is safe to consume, always err on the side of caution. If the meat is less than the temperature you would find in a refrigerator (40 degrees F), they are good to consume or go in the fridge for up to 7 days. The USDA recommends that perishable products above 40 degrees F (measured with a food-grade thermometer), be discarded. For the best eating experience, we do not recommend refreezing fully thawed items. If any of the products arrive outside of our guarantee, please reach out to us with pictures and we will do what it takes to make it right!

Partially Thawed
If your order arrives and it is partially thawed (the center is still frozen) this is within the condition we guarantee. The products are perfectly safe to go in the freezer for up to 6 months or 7 days in the refrigerator.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched on Tuesday night after payment of order. This allows time for the customer to plan for expected delivery.
We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. You will receive an email to notify you of your order's arrival and for tracking purposes.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the courier will generally leave the package for you at your door. Our pork products are packaged with gel packs and/or dry ice and will typically remain cold and fresh for several hours, but depending on the season and temperature in your geographic area at the time of delivery, advance planning by you should be made for proper storage of your meal ingredients prior to consumption. In certain areas, you may be able to provide additional delivery instructions when setting up your Saltz & Peppa Pork account, such as requesting that your delivery be left with a doorman or neighbor. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the perishable nature of our products, and for safety and contamination concerns, all sales are final. While we take every possible step to ensure your orders are accurate, we understand mistakes can happen. We want our customers to have the best experience with us, and if we fall short, we are committed to making it right at no additional charge to you. If you have any concerns about your order, please send an email immediately to saltzandpeppapork@gmail.com. If you are dissatisfied with your delivery for any reason, please contact us at saltzandpeppapork@gmail.com within seven (3) days of the date you received your products and we may either replace the item at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.
Parcels Damaged
If you find a parcel is damaged, please get in touch with our customer service. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
P.O. Box Shipping
Satlz & Peppa Pork Community Farms will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Cancellations
Cancellation Policy. AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PRODUCT YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES, DELIVERY AND OTHER CHARGES) INCURRED AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE.
